The stories of Awlndreion: Part 1

It all began with the Heldora, Daughter of Adtrix and Solea, and goddess of the moon and the nights hunt, fell in love with the mortal hunter, Kenelm. She came to him, disguised as a wandering maiden. Soon after was born Awlndreion  or Great Moon, Kenelmson. But Heldora could not stay with Kenelm and Awndreion, for gods can not stay with mortals, and Awlndreion would not know his true parentage. Yet every night, she would run alongside Nasorgnar, the stag that embodied the moon, watching her son grow over the years. Over time it came apparent the Awlndreion was a natural hunter, and could find animals even in the darkest nights.

One day, while out hunting, Awlndreion found a great valley. In the middle was a a spring of shiny water, from which a large tree with grey bark and bright, blue leaves. From the stories of his father, he new this to be an offspring of Ystimir, the tree of realms. Yet as he got closer , three beings with blue skin and white hair formed from the spring, all twice as tall as Awndreion and wielding large broadswords. They pinned down Awlndreion  but before they could kill him, Adtrix, the raven and messenger god, told them to halt. Adtrix told Awndreion that while he could not touch the tree, which was named Frimor, he could take any of the fallen branches to make anything he wanted. First, he took a long branch, and turned it into a longbow. He's then took a thicker branch, and carved an image of Wievlin.

Then Heldora appeared, and revealed to Awlndreion it true parentage. And from this he told him that he would be a great hero, who would preform many feets of valor, amd would be sang about for generations. And with this knowledge, Awlndreion set of, and ready for whatever lay ahead.
